For the past 40 years Len has re-invented himself from a wide array of career paths and life passions including but not limited to travel, soccer, retail sales, security, collectables, real estate, entertainment, and games of chance. He is passionate about the environment and leaving a smaller carbon footprint for his children and generations to come. He always “Pay It Forward.” He is an Eagle Scout as is his son. A publicist by trade, he represented Fortune 500 companies, small business’ and lay people who deserved their 15 minutes of fame. He loves slow news days and was an owner operator of niche marketing, advertising and public relations agencies specializing in press conferences, media events and new product launches. Additionally, he owned several start-up small business’ including a bed & breakfast, jewelry business, antique dealer and small press publisher. Len penned and published a 400 plus page Book of the Year. Currently Len is in the midst of a successful and extremely satisfying 15 year career in residential real estate, representing buyers and sellers utilizing my time tested tool box of skills. He is a willing volunteer in the local community and non-profit organizations, including Chair of the Whippany River Watershed Action Committee, a 401c whose mission was to preserve, protect and maintain our land and water resources while implementing outreach programs on rain gardens, rain barrels, river cleanups, composting, and storm water management. In 2020 Len spearheaded a rain garden installation in Birchwood Lake, NJ which garnered the New Jersey Governors Environmental Excellence Award. Len is part of our sales and business origination team and is always looking for the next challenge to continue to make a difference, big or small!
