Decarbonization (Dx) Package

We review and analyze your current commercial or residential property carbon footprint (transportation, heat/cool, electric, other) and current expenses, then we design a carbon reduction roadmap, and help quote out the project's pricing to provide analysis, financial ROI, and project milestones.

• Step 1: Expert review and analysis of your current carbon footprint arising from your lifestyle inputs which include heating/cooling demand, electricity consumption, petroleum consumption from oil/gasoline/diesel and additional aspects like lawn care. You will find the current state of your carbon footprint and consumption trends. 
• Step 2: Design a decarbonization roadmap (DxR) including quoting out installation services, components of the plan, costs, contract review and final analysis of return on investment for selected components of the plan. 
• Step 3: Guidance on timeline, milestones and the closure of contract items to kick off your decarbonization and property transformation plan.
